I notice his name is not at the bottom of the quarterly report for contact.
Like many here, whether LDN was reading the wrong weather map or someone was giving him misleading information, this company is too small for a Good leader not to have his finger on the pulse.
For me personally, after his shambolic audio presentation in early January with the power-point presentation and it's editing mistakes (wouldn't cost much for a good editor) and the fact that I could hear 3rd world scooters in the background (thinking he was in a Thailand Coffee shop) and the groveling "I am as disappointed as you all are..." was a revelation that he has no back-bone and he has been doing something else with his time with our money. So I can't stand the guy but if Akida $10 chips work then it doesn't matter who is at the helm; every man and his dog will be throwing money at Akida.
4 cents a share? Still a heavy risk even though BC and BA have de-risked the technology somewhat - Give me a chip that works!!
That would be the next milestone - not the continual marketing ploy and now all of a sudden they start talking about potential clients as Samsung??
The quarterly does not specify if Socionext have decided to produce the chip.

Therefore a smart technical investor will ask the simple questions:
1. Are Socionext going to produce the chip? If not;
2. Can we see evidence that Socionext is going to produce the chip?
Now I ask; would a smart person knowing what we all know at this present time invest if there wasn't a clear-cut chip producer agreement?
