The fact that the climate is changing is undeniable. The fact that humans are causing climate change by carbon emissions is junk science.. ideology has set the stage here.. not facts. carbon dioxide makes up a tiny part of the earths atmosphere and increasing by a tiny % a gas that makes up a tiny % is insignificant. There are many scientists that know this and have voiced their opinions .. one recently in "The Australian" . Only the courageous ones voice that opinion of course. cos the rest lose their jobs for not towing the UN line.

But that debate aside, nuclear power is such an obvious energy source, it isn't funny. U -> electricity-> charging vandium /lithium batterys.. to run transport and everything else that needs power. Nuclear waste can be stored the same way the canadians do it..

right now the waste goes into the air.. it is not the CO2 that really bothers me.. its the other toxins which cause more breathing alergies in the city. I can't see why a city of smog free battery cars powered by a nuclear power station is beyond pollies vision.

So we are at cross roads... oil crisis blah blah blah ( i am not losing sleep over it)..... if global energy needs start leaning towards battery storage and U power source, we are going to see some big action here, wether YRR intend to mine or not.. cos the land itself will be worth ALOT.
