Its renewed my interest and optimism that OCV can actually pull through the mess.

The media and many other sources are quoting based on 100% pure speculation.

I am sure we will find out the truth in time.

Athyrio....we are intrigued by your strong commitment to speculating on the death of OCV and the malpractice of Chris Scott and Jenny Hutson when you dont hold OCV share, you have stated you have not shorted OCV.....so why the strong bias against them?

There is no hiding the fact that King / Adams / Peacock really messed up the MFS company and have undertaken what would perceive as almost illegal business moves...however...the new OCV board is a new era in the company and have to date provided a strong improvement on OCV's position.

If OCV is able to negotiate somehow with creditors a plan of attack which the creditors agree upon, then OCV will shoot through this mess. Keep in mind....the King regime has come to an end. We have a new OCV board committed to seeing OCV survive.

The success and survival of OCV initially rests with OCV being able to work with creditors on a program of OCV restructuring, reviewed and agreed upon debt repayment and a general agreement of working with each other on a favourable outcome.

This seriously can be achieved and Octaviar said weeks ago they are in the throes of negotiating this out.

The public trustee is the mouth piece for approx 350 note holders.

If the OCV board can negotiate it out with NAB, RBOS, Challenger and other creditors terms which are favourable to them....there will be no liquidation of Octaviar the company.

Time wise....we all know these things can be slow and we all want answers. But its certainly a time to sit back knowing the talks are on between OCV and these creditors.
