Have you read that Riskmetric report?
These Companies have a sponsor.....and
Listed Co that externally manages and gets fees.
Fund or no of funds buying assets.
Right..and is difficult to dismantle.

Who is the sponsor? A Bank ..Govt?
OCV is the listed Co.
PIF.. LLA..are Funds??

Looking at theStella purchaser ,CVC Asia Pacific...A Fund.
Then there is CVC Ltd ...a listed Co.and holds similar Sunland shares..capital raising occured recently.
and CVC Private Equity noticed on Stellar announcements.
Could all three be the ultimate suitor? in a vehicle similar to what the report explains?

I am in a rush and cant explain better.
The report also highlights the unsustainable features of such a fund, could JH change the way it operated?and in what timeframe...
Fund holders would have to realise the difficulties but may hold good assets.
