    Couple of points about this quarterley:
    - $700k cash burn
    - CLZ company secretary is Madhuka Bhalla who also was the company secretary from the now delisted FAS - worth a read of their history.
    - The so called $5 million funding facility is actually a 3b deathspiral facilty - very bad for shareholders.
