    I can’t tell with certainty but I believe it has as they clearly stated that’s where a good chunk of the proceeds from the CR was headed, they’ve been capitalising it so it’s under investing not financing cash flow I *think*.

    They had $44m of payables at 31 dec (only $8m receivables). I’d be interested to see what those balances sit at today...$15m of the payables is the prepayment...
