Today, last price of SM1 is 10.10. Their share price is up. Perhaps, about the update of A2MC.
If SM1 sp becomes 15 and A2MC sells it. A2MC will have loads of cash..If not, A2MC assets will.increase in value.
A2MC is a great company with no debt.
