I am pretty sure at the Melbourne meeting Alan said that whatever deal they strike for capital they will give all holders the chance to top up at the same rate IF and only if they need to travel this path, they had options of funding but were looking at the pathway to least dilution.

IMO this stock will take off once funding is announced. So while we have the new wave of people wishing it will go down to support their charts and their wishful thinking buy in price, don't fret they will most likely be locked out.

Once funding is announced there will we a whole new investor type that is more risk adverse waiting to buy in knowing that the project is almost completely derisked, I know of a few already.
