Boxes may be ticked, milestones may be reached, BG may be produced, but one Achilles's heel with Agy that almost no one knows about is its sp weakness and this imo could well set it apart from success or failure.

Lets be brutally honest here, when you face a daily 5 or 10% sp decline thats erroding the very value of shareholders thats supported the company, something will eventually give.

Another big concern with the apparent bottomless sp value fall it will just keep increasing the pressure on the fundings options for the required $200mil. Strategic equity placement to an offtake partner is now basically out of the picture unless shareholders are happy with near catastrophic dilution levels.

With equity placement option gone, debt funding is also shot now because the project isnt robust enough for the full funding to be debt based.

So here we are with zero sp support levels when will the drop stop? Why hasnt management sold our story to some solid institutional investors and brokers. If we had these on board we may have had more sp support levels and the decline may not have been this drastic. Cant remember the last time agy did a presentation to pitch our story to the funds.
