And we haven't had the ceasing to be a substantial holder notice.

So - either they will somehow continue to be a substantial holder (through selling to a related entity that provides the same effective ownership) or they are holding the sub holder notice back to get another go at causing market mayhem by releasing that one later - and driving the price back down to 15 cents.

Will be interesting to see where this goes over the next few days.
