Karlos not sure which way they are going to go on this, when I talked to Mier about it, he did say he is aware that a capital raising causes dilution and is not good for the shareholders, he did mention about alternative finance. He is hoping on minimum pull out from the existing capital raise. But honestly if he has to do a capital raise while I don't like it and will cause the share price to drop significantly it is better in the short term. We need to survive somehow until sats are launched and we are making money.
This will not happen until after May 16 as he will not know how much money is needed to be raised until everyone who is withdrawing has submitted there forms.
Once again all my opinion and I do advise no one make a decision on what I say. DYOR and make your own decision.
