The main one seems to be that if you wanted to nominate a director for consideration, you have to do it 30-35 business days before the meeting.
If more than 25% of people vote against the remuneration package, I think its a show of hands to either re-elect the Board or have a 'Spill Meeting'. 50% of the attendees then have to vote for the Spill Meeting. Then 90 days later the Spill Meeting will occur, and you'd need to nominate a director 30-35 business days before for them to be eligible. That's why they are tightening up this section of the Constitution now.
