Dolce you asked me what I thought was the best future outcome for existing shareholders and I have given my opinion.

I do not think the best outcome for existing shareholders is “more of the same” at management or board level particularly continuing with the Code Red strategy as it currently is. Like I said I’ve thought that since early 2016.

I do not think the best outcome for existing shareholders will be handing more control to foreign interests - particularly one Chinese group.

You asked me and I gave my opinion.

Please don’t confuse what’s the best likely future outcome for *shareholders* with the best future outcome for the CEO, the management or employees ie “the company”.

Usually of course they are aligned. Sometime however they are not. They drift. They haven’t been aligned in my opinion for a considerable time at AHZ limited.

You don’t have to agree with me- sure but I am entitled to an opinion. That’s because I still hold a few misley shares. Now worth less than around 500 bucks. Left over from all the massive dilution. I didn’t cause that.

Maybe we will meet at the AGM as I am still entitled to go.

I continue to post to wake everyone up. I’ve been doing that ongoing since 2016 after I sold around 97% of my holding. I said that like 3 years ago when I sold The reasons and that I had a few tiny shares left. Unfortunately HC doesn’t allow for specific holding declarations - but I thought given the number of shares I had at the peak (over a million) a “no holding” statement on my profile was the most accurate. I’ve never been dishonest with any of this.

Call my posting a duty of care to shareholders. To discover the truth. To keep “the bastards honest” Call
it what you like. That’s the only motive.

Sure I wish I hadn’t cared so much. I did. Once. I got burnt the hard way “caring” - when other issues you seem to know nothing about, crashed the share price. When other key players couldn’t care less. So yes. This makes it hard for me. You are right. I need to move on. It’s hard but I have. I don’t care anymore because they clearly never have.
