First they have to be given the green light to have debt...
Any debt...and that may need a whole new business idea..
Perhaps with out a fantastic inspiration no one will back the old business model.

What is surviving?

CS was wanting out of S8 and passed it on to MFS.
I dont see him personally wanting to start again or work under RK..He is protecting his past efforts imo.
JH has some interest in the Investment banking /funds side.. and she is very knowledgable.Must be motivated.

What are the present boards motivations and driving ambitions?Thats why I asked was there anyone there to lift OCV up again..Whats the NEW business model??

If you said that the Australian Ski fields were "for sale" some would just not believe the opportunity that presented.. and probably is not available anywhere else in the world ..yet LLA slides..
