cmc marketmaker and system performance, page-10

I'm with you slaveman jkm010 - I have just closed my CMC account tonight - CMC opened BHP 20 cents below the market this morning and then shotup to meet it. I checked the course of trades and there was 100 shares traded at the CMC price in the 9 seconds before 10:00am which brought down the price from 43.78 to 43.61 (CMC open) and it was back up to 43.78 in 3 seconds. Manipulation you think? I am signing up for Commsec and ASX CFDs - when I get settled there I might do L2 DMA with IG. At least IG share prices look accurate but their index spreads are a joke, so no luck there.
