    Hello IKE,
    I just followed you to CIY who are offering their Fund investors shares??
    and have similar probs but a different model??
    Anyway I see Mr Gore has some plans for Marinas..including Marthas Cove..wasnt that one of GPMs?
    Now if we could just interest them in an indy race in the ski fields off season..

    If there are no new ideas there is not much to aim for.
    Why no new model?
