Far out. Just checking back in. My alerts were going nuts. Hey Bdawg, yeah I saw that April date. I predominantly work with small to medium businesses so if there is a change to the company register, I submit the 484 straight away. But if my memory from Uni days serves me right, you have 14 days to notify ASIC of any changes. Hence the 2 May submission. Could be wrong though.
