Many of us have assumed DKR has been a major distraction but in the end management is being directed by CS as underwriter to a large extent. They will be intending a maximisation of the returns so it is worth remembering how much of the company is controlled by the TZ principals. Their best interests are our best interests. I have no doubt that all the customer interactions that are possible with the engineering workforce they have at their disposal are being carried out in the background. The valuation is based on the next 3 years booked earnings so any lack of disclosure you perceive as a current impediment to shareprice advancement will make no difference to the valuation we will be receiving in the prospectus. The Larson's order is being shipped next month so manufacturing of the new generation devices is underway. We have to wait for news to leak out as customers are not going to generally announce their involvement (Larsons being a typical example who did not take kindly to being approached by TZ shareholders) in Intevia technology, at least until they have their platform established in the marketplace. So I completely disagree with the imlicit assumption that management has been asleep at the wheel. Rather, they have been burning both ends of the candle.
In the end, if shareholders don't like management of a company or have faith in the company prospects then why stay involved. The technology application will only succeed if management succeed so to those who don't like the way the company is run my advice as always is to sell and try something else. No sense staying invested if you are unhappy with it. There are more than 1500 alternatives on the ASX alone. Similarly to those who have said the current price is overvalued and just talked up with no basis, my advice is take the bloated profits and look elsewhere. To the 99% who understand the implications of the introduction of a disruptive technology that is cheap and may well become ubiquitous, that is what investment is all about. Finding an opportunity and running with it. Where is H by the way?
