It is amazing really that this can be disguised as nothing more than a funding deal when it is a T/O offer. You can see the confusion it causes amongst investors just by reading some of the posts on here.
@Clark888 Am I crazy to think GFG will try to delist HAV when they take control? No corporate governance, listing rules, annoying shareholders etc to deal with.
