Yup, I missed that one. It's unlikely to affect the SP much though. Even it it does, it just gives others an opportunity to join the ride, which brings everything to balance.
With a project as complex as the Puntland oil exploration, that kind of delay is acceptable. RRS got the timing right for the successful arrival of seismic equipment, although delayed. The delay of the oil rig is not out of character.
