That's a breath of fresh air..... As I understand it the 38yr old son of the Hunt family is sueing the father and sister over the attempted sale to XTO.
It seems the family trust agreement does not allow any sale of assets for another 21 years.
The bitter dispute will be a lengthly one and would hold up any planned developments within the company.
But rest assured it has nothing to do with FAR.
