That leaves only another 10 days for us to expect a Farm-out completed announcement, or, we are then into a "months not years" situation.

The "months not years" situation would mean that,

"Farm-out process: preferred bidder selected, indicative terms agreed => final due diligence and approvals underway prior to documentation and execution".

has failed, many, myself included would feel a massive sense of disappointment.
