Maybe its time Ci resources revisits a possible merger with Phosphate Resources again.
Last time CII offer PRL shareholders $1 plus 11 CII shares for every PRL share. Only got rejected becoz three large holders of PRL felt that the offer under valued PRL's potential and that was when CII shares were less than 20c!
