I don't know what that big blue block is. However I don't think the shallow drilling at Conda Zone could have reached to any of the Anna pegmatites.
See the Conda Zone drilled holes below. The Azimuth of every hole was already written on my graphics. It is around 312-320 degree. Which means towards the NW.
The azimuth of drill holes on Anna Pegmatite are around 45 degree.
The 36m @1.6% Li20 drill hole on the blue block is shown on the D-D' cross-section below. I have made the graphic for it and posted here as well. Now I have add Conda zone on it. You can see if the pegmatites intersected at this section would be dipping towards SW, the drill holes at Conda would not intersect to those pegmatites. But more deep drilling at this zone (red marked) will tell the story.
