So just say sxp merged with lnc and say 6 months or so down the track lnc finds that sxp was sitting on billions of dollars worth of ucg and csg do you believe sxp shareholders would be happy with selling out at 90c. Would be good for lnc not for sxp shareholders though, this is an opportunistic approach from lnc to pretty much steal a company that is in it's early stages. Sxp need to find what they have first then lnc can then take a shot and i bet it will be more than a 90c offer.
