But you have the information. TZ was precluded from making the announcement by contract provisions. Do you wish they readily break contract provisions? Presumably (hopefully) not. And yet they were behind the deal! They are far more personally involved than you are and so the importance of the deal to them is far greater. To suggest they are not performing is simply ridiculous. Look behind the curtains and you see a fever of activity. What you seem to be wanting is a continuous disclosure of details that customers want hidden. Don't we all! But it's not about to happen.
