lol for the above both poster. I live in brissy and just have a look at realestate.com.au. THis is my own view anyway. While general market going down, I notice its easier get a cheap unit. You can get 300k++ unit range from post code 4067 to 4113. A year ago, you would not get this price, looking at about 350-400k last year on average.
Having said that, post code 4000 seems not affecting much in term of pricing at the moment, maybe I am not aware of the change.
