Agree with you completely, but would elaborate with the following:

88e has published conflicting information.

Investor Presentation AGM on April 2019, that states:

"farm-out discussions continue to advance towards close, final due diligence and approvals underway."

But this is inconsistent with the recent,

Report and Cash flow Activities, that states:

"Subject to the negotiation of terms and conditions, the Conventional portfolio farm-out deal ..."

The AGM statement would be interpreted as all the "issues on the Issues List" have been agreed upon, approvals pending, and formalities, such as execution of the agreement, require attention. In a nutshell the deal will happen, closure weeks away.

However, the Report on Cash flow Activities would be interpreted to mean that the negotiation of terms and conditions, "issues on the Issues List", are at the initial stage. At the initial stage of negotiation, closure many months away.

The question becomes: "Are the negotiations near closure? Or, are the negotiations at the initial stage. In other words weeks away, or many months away?
