    Blackrock decision to get out is due to GXY abandoning find a partner to help them develop SDV. Without SDV there is no growth and if there is no growth for them the stock is worthless. They would take their cash somewhere else where it will make more sense. There are always 10,001 options. What's in the ground means nothing unless it is converted into finished marketable product.
