    Its not an oil field at all. Its an underground coal field and a much smaller one than what SXP has. Explain to the SXP shareholders how many billions it would cost, how long it would take and what the risks of it not going ahead are.

    This supposed bargain -LNC- has a market cap of about $1.7 billion and no revenue.
