OEL and NDO have basically the same share of the Galoc field.
NDO have booked a drill rig for the end of the year, i see this as the only difference, substantially different market cap based on this with OEL giving more leverage into the same projects, same area, bigger targets.
I expect Exon Mobil to get more involved in the area if this comes off, wouldnt be surprised of a big partner farm in to OEL's Marantao target.

Both stocks look like good plays but I am going for the leverage of a much smaller market cap that OEL gives you.
