As recently their contracts are for 5 years, the income is not per year, they have to win the contracts worth more than $4.8M x 4 x 5 = $96M to cover their next 5 years' company operation. As in 4C it mentioned in FY19 to $15.9M with a further $30.8M to 2024, It still not enough to cover all the cost. CR may be required if they can not cover their employee‘s salaries. Correct me if i was wrong, i think my math is not that bad.
