    i said sell FBR at 24 18 16 12 so I think I got it right mate

How in anyway do you see a 50-50 JV in a new company a good thing where the JV partner puts in no cash just product that them has to get sold to building companies for a service never tried here or proven its absolute garbage this deal. In my opinion
Mate the Aussie housing market is in free fall re residential construction many tough years ahead

WASS in my view will be uncompetitive when out of work brickies from the downturn will be working close to the bone just to survive

Don't you think it's a very tough time to be doing this JV struggle st for years mate business is about profits not selling the farm to turn a dollar

Reminds me of oil specs that sell the farm to get bigger players in JVS to spud wells similar profile this deal is

I see nothing positive at all and apart from some over enthusiastic people I think you will very quickly see the SP back in the 6-7 range imo
