its my understanding , the money being made available to shareholders to withdraw , is because of a false/fraudulent prospectus , nothing to do with michael malone ?
example monies raised was not being used for the propose in the prospectus ,,

malone/fulton quitting has kept them in suspension until new directors are found a different issue i think ,
i think capitol will be hard to come bye , they been trying for a long time now to get funding , but no one seems to like the prospects of the company at this time ,, could change at any time , but right now things dont look good ,

and im thinking there will be mass withdrawals, lots thinking like i do , i have put my form in , and taking my money out regardless of what happens over the next few days/week
