I wonder how the other two big brick manufacturers are going to respond to the exclusivity of brickworks to FBR. Just like Austral (Brickworks) they have significant contracts with many of the big builders. FBR needs to capture a pretty big slice of the market to succeed with the hefty overheads they have. Be interesting to see what strategy they take to compete against this joint venture.
