I'm not as optimistic as most here.
I think this is just a straight cap raising open to all, along with an update as to what it is needed for - perhaps to further LOH-max, study for alternative site, permitting etc. If there was a cornerstone investor wishing to take a stake they would probably have described it as a "placement" or "strategic alliance" rather than a "proposed capital raising" .
It's very disappointing that any cap raising is done now - just hope it's not lower than 3.5c.
