    Illegal can , (and usually is ) immoral.

    Do h.c. people here have such a short memory ?
    Daily , for a time , the ILLEGALITY of the naked short-selling was THE issue , in every newspaper of note.
    The ASX , as regulator...lol...was of comical concern.
