The pdf application for this 3D application is 244 pages long.
I haven't read it all but the References alone are 8 pages long.
I have doubts that the department have read all the references quoted and related that information to the application and verified that the information provided is accurate.
Excessive attention to detail creating an enviroment for prosecution in my opinion ..... as I doubt that any one person could fully comprehend all the fine detail that is contained within the application ..... and for a company employing staff doing the work to physically be able to comply with all the fine aspects of the documentation without breaches is in my opinion impossible.
I would be interested to know if our MD has read and been able to fully comprehend all the data that was contailed in the application as I think that whomever proof read it would be swamped with all the information and stuff would be missed .... not an excuse but maybe an explanation.

50 million shares is about 1% of NWE so 11 million shares is quite a bit less.

Strategen is the company who have prepared and submitted the 3D application ... are they responsible for it all or do they meerly prepare and present information that thecompany provides to them?

Then we get into the department .... three of them review the application, each with their own agenda, and the final officer who will put your application to the bottom of the pile if you hassel him or contact the minister about speeding up the approval.

In my opinion .... the system is a bloody mess and its about to get worse.
