Alternate perspective, 88e potential oil reserves are significant, as officially published by 88e, and the current oil price is relatively high, with some forecasting an even higher oil price. One would expect that the bidder, suggested to be a cashed up Tier One oil company, would want to get the deal done and begin a drilling schedule. The burden of urgency to complete the FO is maybe on the bidder.
