My reading of the ann indicates assay results of considerable significance. Most likely this will be very high tin assays associated with the magnetite skarns. As I recall, the final holes for the No 2 Zone were to be close to the Meredith Granite where there is a greater probability of high tin concentrations. In addition the next major drill target is the Main Zone, already known for to be prospective for tin.

As you say Caldazar, Stanley River is also prospective for tin. In addition, Stanley River has potential for three other kinds of tin deposit, alluvial, colluvial and eluvial. I pointed this out when I phoned the company some months ago. These deposits form as the magnetite skarns weather and erode away. At Stanley River the slopes are gentle and the heavy tin tend to accumulate in the soil.

Alluvial tin has already been mined at Stanley River but there is sure to be plenty left. In spite of romantic notions about old timers getting it all, they just didn't have the technological advantages we have.

My money though, is on the discovery of significant, high grade eluvial or colluvial tin at Stanley River, in close association with the magnetic skarns. This material is very cheap to mine and process and even easier to sell. Right now is a perfect time for VMS to announce such a discovery with oppies approaching maturity, tin at close to record prices and the company looking for funds to develop the magnetite resource.

Whatever VMS have discovered, a trading halt will certainly attract the attention of the market. We are set for a few exciting days imo.
