For those of you who have not already used the ignore button, another classic example of a highly arrogant self proclaimed expert poster who tosses around "industry definition" and aggressively attacks. bullies and discredits other posters who have an alternative position as ill informed and/or ignorant and/or stupid. I'm still laughing at the dumbest logic I have seen in a while of SPECIFICALLY taking the asset buy and sell price, calculating an appreciation multiple then applying it to another company's asset. This SPECIFICALLY is absolute stupidity. Please also note how this post contradicts itself in relation to development and production. In one paragraph they are supposedly the same and an "industry definition" and then further on they are seperate. The explicit contextual point I made that the Calima Lands (that means the entire or whole land package for the dummies) are no longer undeveloped still holds. Taking someone's points out of context, shifting goal posts, twisting them, relying on misrepresentations and putting words into others mouths they never said or argued are lame and immature school yard argument tactics of arrogant bullies. Very humorous stuff indeed.
