    At least if they have the $ in the bank to handle the Davis Samuel matter, than they can continue to move forward with what their job is, exploration and promotion.

    The two overhangs here are the ANZ, and Davis Samuel, so after this rights issue, it will just be the ANZ issue to deal with.

    Better times ahead.
