What a disapointment. Might be a simple way to execute it , but what a fail when it comes to shareholder relations. A shareholder with 1k worth of stock prior can access up to 6k in discounted stock, the same as a shareholder with 100k prior. No relationship to upcomming dillution or size of commitment to the compamy.
