HI Harken banks, your query as to why the 2 largest shareholders cannot sell their holding here is simple. At the moment their are not enough new buyers of a decent volume that would give the share price a solid base. Can you imagine if one of these shareholders had to sell 20-30m shares urgently as to what would happen to the shareprice????The last time that the SP got to 87c was in the middle of a technology boom where a lot of spruiking got the stock on a roll and many other companies in this sector did the same. I might be wrong ,but if the 2 major shareholders control about 360m shares, the question remains is how are they going to cash in their bounty???If they cant sell in Aust, then their must be another strategy in play and I think that the speech that FG made a few weeks ago gives the vital clue maybe the company will be registered in the Us which will make it easier for it to be taken over????With the experience that the top2 shareholders have together with the other 3 board members, whose background in mergers and acquistions are apparent, then that is wherethe future lies. The money paid in the US and Israel for small technology companies is fantastic if they can prove that they are needed by the big Software Techology companies, then small figures of 30-40c aust are easily achieved when you consider that the SP got to 22c a few years ago, and they had nothing but the 10gb encryptor.
