I can't find where I read it, but there was disclosure stating the price was $8 something however it could be reduced to $7 something by transferring Jim Babcocks international holding accross to Australia....I wish I could find the release but I have looked and can't find it, so details may not be 100% correct. So while some media may be talking a trigger of $8 something, BnB can improve this down to $7.50.

DOW down 180 pts and Oil up about $4, not looking good for tomorrow........
