my guess the order has been moved because of general market sentiment, the buyer probably feels they can get in at a cheaper price due to weak hands selling.

with the options expiry nearing, I still believe Kevin Wills will have another announcement or two up his sleeve to make sure the share price is comfortably above 20c, so the options get exercised.

don't forget only a couple of days ago MXR released extremely positive iron ore results from their Canegrass prospect which had an initial target of 1.7-3 billion tonnes of magnitite iron ore, which they now believe could even be larger.
