I hope they publish the extra perks the SXP management is getting from LNC.
They must be getting a huge number of options, golden parachutes, inflated salaries etc, to be tossing the shareholders under the bus for 72 cents a share.

If this is such a good deal for shareholders why are they afraid of putting the company up for auction? Don't tell me there wouldn't be bidders.
