@GlutenFreeze they aren't exempt from releasing their quarterly however under normal circumstances the consequence for not releasing on time is suspension of trading.

Mangment obviously can't have trading suspended more than it already is.

I'm curious as to why they haven't released it yet also.
If I had to guess I would say that it is probably a strategic move.
Im guessing at the very least the financials are looking better than the majority of the companies competitors and is a waste to release it now if they believe ASX approval will happen soon and they intend to put investors presentations out.
Just my guess based on my research.
