I'm interested to see what they deem to be factually incorrect in this paragraph. Possibly the reference to related party transactions? Since the current directors believe that their related parties are not really related parties, they are just related parties for accounting purposes only?
I'm not a holder of BHD but if I were I would
VOTE IN FAVOUR
of all the proposed resolutions.
