Stu - I'm pretty sure mindlessly churning without end to create volume only creates value for the broker and indeed the counter-party especially if you lose every trade... Why on earth would 'turnover' for it's own sake be a target for BHD... how does it create value for BHD? Is it hidden in the millions of brokerage fees we have each year? Is that why I can't find it? Because it's certainly not in the portfolio's investment performance.

Peter - the only issues the company has are the ones you and your mates have created, maybe I'll call him as ask why we were lending his businesses money (and still are) to fund operations even back at bhds first annual statement, short term loans... really?

Bryan - are you kidding me mate? do you feel you've implemented a tailored and robust compliance culture here too? I mean there are no other employees there and the Audit and Risk Management Committee (and everything else) are the same people more or less where it isn't literally the case. Please put your qualification in investigations to good use and investigate whether there are any corporate governance statements that were not written ironically because I can't find any.

However I do agree that "shareholders should require evidence of good faith and a commitment to resolving issues in the best interest of all concerned."

Hence any sane person can only rationally vote in favour of all measures - as I shall.
